After the 22K switch gets the pulse signal, it is rectified by the internal rectifier circuit of the 22K switch to obtain a DC voltage to drive the 22K switch to achieve switching purposes. So no matter the 22K switch is designed in any part of the line, whether it is converted or not is related to whether the receiver outputs 22K analog signal.
